Austria’s capital community volunteers deliver fact-based drug education with young people across the city
Vienna — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to “A Drug-Free World” Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers via public information points and community events. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, the initiative relies on “Truth About Drugs” materials to present clear information on commonly abused substances, including the ongoing debate around cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used news euro 24 illicit drug. A short report is available via a Scientology Europe report.
Organisers say, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, with visibility at major public events, including the Donauinselfest, while also connecting with educators interested in classroom-ready resources. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, said: “Prevention works best when young people receive verified information early, in plain language—strengthening public health and civic responsibility.”
